I’m an instructional designer, curriculum strategist, and innovation consultant with over 30 years of experience creating transformative learning experiences at scale. My work has supported organizations with over 2,000 employees, impacted more than 500,000 learners, and been translated into 150+ languages for global implementation.
As a lead designer and faculty trainer, I’ve developed professional learning programs for educators teaching over 15,000 students, including one initiative recognized by senior leadership as “the best training we’ve ever had.”
I also consult on innovation strategy for a large educational organization spanning the Southeastern U.S., supporting 25 regional directors and their efforts to drive meaningful, data-informed change across programs that serve 15,000+ students.
My Doctorate in Instructional Technology and Learning Science focused on corporate learning and transformation, giving me the research base to pair with decades of applied leadership.
